Visit with Papa Kevin and Nana Dolly

Dolly and Kevin were able to come and visit us we were so excited to see them! We had so much fun going out to eat, going to Omsi and just hanging out all together oh and of course spoiling Huddy . We really appreciate them coming to see us thanks you guys for everything!

Here is Huddy hiding under the table at Red Robin he doesn't like the "Red Robin" Bird so he pretty much stayed under there for most of the dinner of course I was trying to get him to come out because its so gross under there!

Here we all are at Omsi we had so much fun and Dolly and Kevin got us a membership so we can go whenever we want, we were so excited Huddy absolutely loves it there and its so educational so we definitely will be going often.

This Huddy's favorite spot the tree and you put on a squirrel outfit and hide your nuts for winter, the Acorns remind him on Ice Age its so cute!

Christmas and New Years

Well okay so I have been really busy so my blog has had to take a back seat to life! So I am posting pictures from Christmas and January! (So I realized I didn't that many Christmas pictures we took more video bummer )

Payton is 6 months! December fun

Our little guy is 6 months and I honestly can't believe it! Time flys its crazy, I am noticing he is getting older he is grabbing for things and putting them right in his mouth. He is sitting and bouncing its so cute! He has definitely been watching us eat like crazy so of course we give him little bread crumbs and its so fun to see him want more. He just absolutely loves Huddy he watches him all the time, and gets so excited when he plays with him. Payton has been such a blessing and a joy in our family we just love watching him grow each day.

December Fun:

Over this past week its been snowing at first just a little and well today its a complete blanket of snow, here in the Northwest we are not used to seeing this so well the first day or two it was fun but now we are ready to be able to drive and be done with the snow! Zac and Huddy

Here are the boys the evening we set up the tree. Huddy loved putting on the ornaments and Payton loved just looking at the lights and then of course we had to take a picture. Sad to say most of my Christmas decorations and ornaments are in Utah but we have been able to get some replacements along the way! One day I will get my Christmas stuff again hopefully this next year.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK

So We had so much fun in NYC! I was sad that Zac wasn't able to come but thankfully he was with our two boys which gave me some relief for leaving Payton at 51/2 months and well I knew Huddy would have a blast with Daddy! So it was my parents Amanda and Chad, Matthew and Kim, Nick and of course Adam who is the reason why we went to NYC.


In Central Park there was this bench that said "for noodling" and of course Amanda and chad took a picture on it and Matt and Kim but I was like I have no one to noodle with so its me missing my hubby! It was funny though




On thursday we walked around NYC and saw FOA Schwartz, the Juicey store, Trump Tower, the apple store,and many other fun stores. I love how the buildings were decorated for Christmas New York is so beautiful in the winter! We later met up with Adam and Britney my parents and her parents and sister for lunch at Big Daddy's Diner for the night before the wedding. It was good food and fun with the families together they had these delicious huge cup cakes and of course we all ordered the shakes with our meals so by the time cupcakes came around we all had a 1/4 of a cupcake and we were stuffed!!

Later that night we went to see WICKED oh my gosh I loved it I saw it here in Portland 2 years ago and absolutely loved it but I must say seeing it on BROADWAY was AmAzInG the main characters really made it their own and I loved that unfortunately the picture we took didn't turn out but I did get one pic in the theater and a pic of the poster I really can not get over how amazing that play really is and all the talent that is on that stage INCREDIBLE!! To end the evening we met up with some Family friends the Dalley's and had dessert at he Carnegie Deli!



Wedding Day December 5th
The ceremony was beautiful in the Manhattan Temple and Adam and Britney were so cute in the Temple together it was so much fun to have them come out and be Finally married! They were just glowing and their smiles were permanently on theirs faces it was so wonderful to be able to be apart of this special day for them. We went over to Central Park to take some pictures and then they were off to take more pics they even were able to get permission from the Waldorf Astoria Hotel the pics were beautiful! We waited until they were finished with Pictures and started to go to Pennsylvania Long story short the car that I was in and my mom, my sister and brother and his wife we ended up being late due to directions and crazy New York traffic I never want to drive in New York in the middle of Time Square I applaud my brother Matthew for being one of the drivers, I swear I would have died or at least hit a car or been hit its crazy! Once we got to the reception we were so amazed at how beautiful a ward house could look! I loved the Cupcake wedding cake it was beautiful!!

On the last full day we went into Manhattan and saw Ground Zero and China town, SOHO Little Italy the Rockefeller Tree had a great but very tiring day!

Here I am with a family Friend Jen and she was also the photographer for the wedding and she and I shared a hotel room! Thanks Jen we were buds on this trip! We all had a blast going around New York and we had to hit Toy'R'Us because Hudson told me I couldn't come home without incredible Hulk action Figure so I was on a hunt and when we got to FAO it was closed we were so bummed and headed to Time Square and I must say I LOVED IT , it was huge 4 stories and had a Farris wheel every kids Heaven!

All in all I had a great trip to New York! But I was excited to get home and be with my Hubby and my cute, excited boys:)

Payton is 5 months!

Well Payton is 5 months and I really can't believe it! It still feels like I had him like 3 months ago I can't believe how fast time goes by especially with two little ones!! Well here is a cute video of Payton and Hudson, Payton loves Huddy and Huddy can get him to laugh so much its so dang cute! Payton right know is rolling and laughing and reaching out for people to hold him and he loves trying to sit up in his car seat, He also had his first taste of rice cereal on sat. and he liked it he give a funny face then wants more its hilarious oh and he LOVES his hands, fingers and binky he always has to have something in his mouth:) He is such a good baby I must say and I am so grateful for him and what he has brought to our family! Enjoy

Halloween

So Halloween for us started on Wednesday night at our Ward Trunk or Treat Hudson was the Red Power Ranger and Payton was superman (super baby) For Hudson the carnival was a little a little over whelming with all the costumes and people.( those of you who don't know Hudson loves costumes just not the scary ones and anything pretty much with a mask) anyway he loved the cake walk though and the basketball, they also had a little parade too!

(By the way sorry for the weird lighting I didn't have the force flash on until later that night nice huh)

I also have to add this picture of the CupCake PoPs that I made I was so proud of myself and I made them look like ghosts for the cake walk I thought it would be great for the little ones instead of having a whole cupcake why not bring them on a stick I got the recipe from Bakerella.blogspot.com and they were so much fun to make!

So we had a lot of fun that night! On Friday Halloween I Had to work for Ortho for about 2 hours and Nana and Grandpa were so nice to watch Hudson and Payton for me! They thought it would be fun to take the boys to the Mall, Adam was working and thought it would be fun since all the stores pass out candy for the kids! Hudson loved it and Payton fell asleep my parents said it was so fun until Hudson saw the Bumblebee in the food court and he didn't like him at all, so it was time for them to leave and then of course he talked about the bumble bee all in the car and at home. Sorry no pics of the mall:(

I had to throw two pics in Payton looks so dang cute in his Halloween day outfit!

My mom always throws a little party for the neighborhood kids before they go Trick Or Treating, its fun she has it decorated so cute and they have pizza and a neighbor friend tells the kids a fun Halloween story and then they go off Trick or Treating! Zac and I and the boys didn't go out Trick Or Treating we instead hopped in the car and headed up to Seattle and went to visit my Sister!

We had a great Halloween Night and loved seeing friends and family Hudson is still saying Trick Or Treat! Can't wait for next year :)
